Internal transfer

Now the procedure of sending money to your friends or business partners has become easier. You can also benefit from scheduling your payments in advance using the "Recurring Payment" option.

Single payment

This option is used to make a single payment to any account within the Perfect Money system.

To send a payment, you need to go to the "Internal Transfer" section and click on "Single payment" which is in the same line with the account you want to send money from.

After choosing the account for this transaction, you need to fill out a payment form:

• Enter the amount you want to send
• Indicate the recipient's account
• Add a description to your payment

After completing the form, click the "Preview" button.

Note: Adding notes to payments will further help you track and document your payment transactions. These notes and descriptions are also reviewed by the Perfect Money antifraud monitoring team for compliance purposes.

Now you are ready to confirm your transaction. Click on the "Send Money" button to complete the payment, or on the "Edit" button to go back and make corrections.

After your payment went through, the system assigns a unique Batch number to your operation that can be used to see transaction history. All transaction information is available in the "Statement" section within the Member Area. Refer to the "Statement" section for more information about it.

Scheduled payment

This option helps users to schedule regular payments for such services as hosting or those provided by companies who require monthly or even daily payments. Use the "Scheduled Payment" option for your convenience. To schedule a payment, go to the "Internal Transfer" section and select the account you would like to use for this transaction. Click on "Recurring Payment" located in the same line with the selected account.

After choosing the account for this transaction, you need to fill out a payment form:

• Choose a payment date
• Select a payment period (you can choose "Current Month” for payments within the current month only, or "Every month" for monthly payments)
• Enter the amount you want to send to the recipient
• Indicate the recipient's account
• Add a description to your payment (recommended)

Now you are ready to confirm your transaction. Click on "Save the recurring payment" to confirm and complete the payment, or choose the "Edit" button to go back and make corrections.

You can review all the scheduled payments in the "Internal transfer" section by clicking on "My recurring payments." This section provides information on all your scheduled payments, and gives you an option to edit or delete them at any time.

The "My scheduled payments" section is not available if you do not have any payments scheduled.

Payment to an e-mail

Perfect Money allows its customers to make a transfer to a user who is not registered in the system by utilizing his/her email address only.

To send money to an e-mail, you need to choose the account you want to send money from, select the "Transfer to e-mail" option, enter the recipient’s e-mail address and specify the amount. The recipient will receive an e-mail message containing a special link to the Perfect Money website and a prompt to login. If the recipient does not already have an account, he/she will need to open one, using the same e-mail address. Once signed in, the recipient will see your transfer credited to his/her account.

Payment to a mobile phone

Perfect Money allows its customers to make a transfer to a user who is not registered in the system by utilizing his/her mobile telephone number only.

To send money to someone’s mobile phone, you need to choose the account you want to send money from, select "Transfer to mobile phone", specify the payment amount and indicate the recipient’s mobile phone number. The recipient will receive an e-Voucher code which needs to be activated to have the money credited to his/her account.

List of recipients

To simplify the payment making process, you can create a list of payees.

After the list is created, all you have to do is to select a recipient and complete the payment. Having a custom list significantly simplifies the process and eliminates errors linked to account number typos. The list can be edited.

The minimum transfer amount is 0.01 USD / EUR in currency or 10 USD in gold.

Attention! All payments made within the system are irreversible, so it is strongly recommended to use the "Preview" option before completing a transfer.

"Quick payment"

Now you can save your time by using the "Quick payment" option, which appears as a button in the main menu and is accessible at any time. When you click on the button, a special Quick Payment form pops up without refreshing the page. All a user needs is to enter the payment amount and the recipient's account number. The system will automatically determine the currency and the account type with sufficient funds. When several accounts have funds sufficient for the transaction, the system will ask the user to make a choice. The “Quick payment” option is a time saver for frequent users.

Intelligent antifraud system for checking payments

All payments made within the system are screened by the Perfect Money security protocol. In some cases, this operation is carried out manually, and therefore it may cause a delay in payment processing. The administrative team of Perfect Money kindly asks its users to be understanding as such activities are necessary to minimize fraud and ensure a pleasant experience for all.
