Internal mail

Internal mail allows you to communicate with the Perfect Money customer support service. It significantly speeds up resolution of any problems and responses to your requests.

Please note that any correspondence with the customer support service is done in English only.

In the bottom of your internal mailbox you can find all the messages addressed to or sent from you. Here you can also see your open tickets, if any.

You can use your internal mail to send SMS messages to any mobile phone in the world. This service can be used to notify your partners about transfers, send reminders or just communicate with people. The cost of one message is $0.1 USD.

To send SMS, you need to go to the” Internal Mail” section and click on "Send SMS to any mobile phone". Next you need to enter the recipient’s phone number, type the message and enter a captcha code. Click on the "Preview" button to check the details and confirm by hitting "Send".
