What is the commission for a funds deposit via bank transfer?
Currently we do not charge any commission fee for depositing money into your PM account via bank transfers. Some intermediate banks might charge you for the technical aspect of the transaction.
How can I open my account information to the public?

Welcome to the Secure Ticket System
The Secure Ticket System is designed to ensure private communication between our customer and Perfect Money support.
To achieve this goal, we have eliminated e-mail as the means of communication. A fundamental flaw of any e-mail system is that the message can be easily intercepted, not to mention that the customer e-mail account can be compromised.
How does the Perfect Money ticket system work?
The Perfect Money ticket system is based on PIN codes that are issued once the ticked is submitted. A unique PIN code can then be used to view and answer or add messages to the ticket.
Please use this ticket system if you do not have a Perfect Money account or, for whatever reason, if your account is not accessible. If you already have a Perfect Money account, click on Login to your account » and submit the ticket using Internal Mail.
