Adding Cash In/Cash Out options enabled us to make a dramatic step forward towards new customers living at locations where other deposit/withdrawal methods are not available. Each year our payment system adds a new customer base where traditional banking is not sufficiently developed due to various reasons. Over the year 2019, we succeeded in gaining a significant market share of payment solutions markets in countries such as Vietnam, Ivory Coast, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Indonesia. In addition, over 2019, we have upgraded our fraud monitoring system resulting in 65% reduction of fraudulent transactions compared to 2018 levels. Mobile applications use has grown by 20%. It is also worth noting that our mobile apps are rated by users at 4-5 points out 5 available. As a finance sector company, we highly prioritize the safety of our customer's accounts. This year we intend to introduce two-factor authentication which will allow an additional security layer in the form of a one-time password required to login to your Perfect Money account.
