Where can I view my applications for deposit by a bank wire?
You can see the status of your application in the “History” section. If your application was created recently and no other activity occurred in your account, you can find it in the “Deposit” section. You will also receive regular status updates to your internal mail at your account and e-mail address.
Can I go through only one of the three verification procedures?
To verify your account, you need to complete all three steps. "Address Verification" and "Phone Number Verification" become available only after you verify your name.
