I have enabled SMS notifications but I do not receive them. Why?
There are a few possible reasons. The first one is a transaction amount. The system will not send notifications if your transaction is less than 5 USD. The second reason is a low account balance. Each SMS notification costs 10 cents. You might not have enough in your account to cover the cost. If none of this applies to you, please contact our support team to clarify.

Each user account is a multicurrency one. It is subdivided into 4 different currency accounts: - USD (PM units, the equivalent of United States dollar)
- EUR (PM units, the equivalent of Euro)
- GOLD (PM units, the equivalent of the precious metal, expressed in troy ounces)
- Bitcoin (property rights for the publication of entries in the global public database of bitcoin.org network on behalf of Perfect Money are reserved by Startup Research & Investments LLC);

The focal point, of year 2012, has been further improvements to overall system stability and user experience of Perfect Money system. We are confident that those goals have been achieved as demonstrated by Perfect Money's considerable recognition in online payment system market.
We are glad to introduce the brand new Withdrawal/Deposit system designed to simplify funding of Perfect Money accounts via bank transfers. The new system is a brainchild of Perfect Money development team, and represents our continued drive for excellence. In compliance with Perfect Money development strategy, that places great emphasis on close cooperation and integration with our partners, we have made a strategic decision to outsource bank transfer operations to our Certified Partners. This decision will increase Perfect Money e-currency's liquidity while moving customer experience to the new level.
The new system launch brings a number of benefits to you, as our customer. Lower withdrawal/deposit commissions and ability to select an Exchanger that will process your order ensure added flexibility at lower cost.
